URFA - Calling on the Bar Associations, Ferit Şenyaşar said: "What is being done to us is done to everyone. My mother is your mother, all of you. This is a case we all have to follow."

The sit in Şenyaşar family refers to as the 'Justice Watch' started by Emine Şenyaşar who lost her husband and two sons in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız and Ferit Şenyaşar who survived the attack wounded is on its 189th day today. The family arrived at the court house early and started the sit in for the day.

Ferit Şenyaşar protested that a law suit has been filed against her mother by the Urfa 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance with the accusation of 'insulting a public official, for allegedly insulting the Minister of Interior Süleyman Soylu.

'JUSTICE WILL END THIS TYRANNY'

Underlining that it is the 189th of their sit in, Şenyaşar said: "Our struggle here for justice is not just a sit in. There is a 65 year-old mother. Her two sons and husband was slaughtered right before her eyes. She just wants justice. Three years have passed since the murders and the prosecutors are doing nothing. Justice is only served for the superior. The prosecutors avoid us. This is not just done to us. This is done to all the peoples of Turkey. My mother have become the mother of those who are wronged. She wakes up everyday, comes sit here on this pavement and leaves at night. It is not enough to be a follower of this struggle. What can end this tyranny is justice."

THIS IS A CASE WE ALL HAVE TO FOLLOW

Mentioning the law suit filed against Emine Şenyaşar, which will be held on November 12, Şenyaşar said: "This will be a historic hearing. We will call on the Bar Associations of this country and demand them to be here and follow this case."

'WE WILL SUCCEED'

The family wrote the following on their Twitter account: "The Bar Associations in Turkey will not be able to remain silent in the face of this injustice. They will all march to Urfa Courthouse on November 12 and end this tyranny. We will succeed. Justice will prevail."
