ANKARA – AKP Deputy Chair Efkan Ala made a statement following the PKK's announcement of its congress resolutions saying, “At the important stage we have reached, the mechanisms regarding the necessary efforts and management of the process will be operated appropriately.”

 

Efkan Ala commented on the final declaration of the PKK's 12th Congress via a post on X, emphasizing that a very important threshold had been passed.

 

Highlighting that the PKK’s decision marked a transition to a critical new phase, Ala said: "At the important stage we have reached, the mechanisms regarding the necessary efforts and management of the process will be operated appropriately. With the determination and will of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Mr. Devlet Bahçeli, we are resolutely progressing toward the goal of a 'terror-free Turkey.'"
